Jack’s Revenge encompasses many floors and two connected building. You must be able to walk up and down many flights of stairs and/or a mile unassisted. 

IF YOU ARE ASTHMATIC PLEASE BE CERTAIN TO BRING YOUR INHALER AS A PRECAUTION!  Jack;s Revenge uses Fog effects that may irritate asthmatic symptoms!

• No drugs or alcohol permitted on the property.
• No one allowed on property if you are suspected to be under the influence of any substance. No Refunds – No Exceptions.
• No outside food or beverages allowed on property includes water bottles.
• No smoking on the property.
• No cameras or photos allowed INSIDE the Haunt. If caught with a camera or cell phone inside the haunt – you will be evicted immediately – No Refunds. No Exceptions.
• No bags of any kind allowed. Including but not limited to backpacks, purses, handbags, fanny packs, satchels, camera bags, shopping bags, pouches, totes, etc.
• No flashlights.  No glow sticks. No lighters. No lanterns. No Headlamps.
• No party buses, no limos, no RV’s.
• Please leave all metal objects in your vehicle
• Proper shoes are necessary, no flip flops, sandals or high heals
• Please wear appropriate clothing; you will be on a farm, so expect a little dirt and uneven ground. If you feel that you cannot do this safely, you do so at your own risk.
• WARNING: Be aware that We use fog and strobe lighting in our show for those with asthma or epileptic illnesses.

WARNING: Jack’s Revenge contains scenes that some guests may find disturbing. Rolling Hills Asylum LLC reserves the right to refuse a any patron at any time, for any reason. Your ticket is a revocable license and can be taken with admission refused. All patrons will voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with this attraction and agrees to release the operator(s), affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending this attraction. APPROPRIATE ATTIRE IS REQUIRED. You will experience audio & visual disturbances, low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp and/or wet conditions, encounter uneven walking surfaces in a physically demanding environment. While every effort is made to ensure your safety, you should not participate if you are, including but not limited to: pregnant; suffer from claustrophobia; are prone to seizures; have heart, back, or respiratory problems.

Photographs and Other Media. I authorize Jack’s Revenge/Rolling Hills Asylum LLC and their respective successors and assigns, to photograph, audiotape, videotape, or otherwise record me as an attendant at or participant in the Event and grant the right to Jack’s Revenge/Rolling Hills Asylum LLC and their respective successors and assigns, to use such photographs, audiotapes, films, tapes, or other recordings, including reproductions thereof or likenesses based thereon, with or without my name or with a fictitious name, in any legal manner, in all means or media now known or later invented, and the right to copyright same. I waive all right of inspection and approval and release each indemnified Party from all liability arising out of the exercise of these rights.

License Security and Metal Detectors on site at all times. 

Return and Refund Policy:

All ticket sales are date and time specific.  All sales are final. No refunds or returns. No exceptions.

Privacy/Security policy: Jack’s Revenge/Rolling Hills Asylum LLC DOES NOT sell or distribute the data we collect during the ticket purchase. We use your data to facilitate the purchase of your tickets, and to contact you regarding specific event related activities. We may also send you information on future event opportunities, at which time you are able to safely and simply opt out of any/all future correspondence.

 All tickets are printed online. You must have a printer to redeem your BAR CODED tickets.  Electronic Tickets may not be accepted. WE DO NOT MAIL TICKETS.  WE DO NOT HAVE  WILL CALL.
